POTSDAM -- Two people from Potsdam were charged by Potsdam police Saturday afternoon with first-degree forgery and fourth-degree grand larceny following investigation by Potsdam police of a complaint of cashing forged checks.
Donna J. Moody, 66, and Walter W. Moody, Jr., 67, were arraigned before Town Justice Mason and released pending their appearance in Town Court on Feb. 6.
