POTSDAM – Potsdam Optical Center in Market Square Mall on Depot Street will be closing at the end of August.
Owner Bruce Rogers said he is ready to retire after 30 years in business.
He said in a letter that he was making then announcement “with great regret.”
“We have tried for a number of months to find a suitable replacement to either purchase or take over the practice, but have been unable to do so., therefore forcing the closure of the practice,” Rogers wrote.
He expressed his gratitude to the customers and friends he has come to know during his time in business.
