POTSDAM – The Potsdam Neighborhood Center helped about 30 people prepare their income tax returns during the just-completed 2017 tax return season.
The work is part of the national Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.
“That was just about double the number from last year,” said center director Kristal Hayes.
