BOMBAY -- State police have charged a Potsdam man and a Watertown woman with felony pot possession and other charges.

Bryan L. Deon, 20, of Potsdam, and Katrina V. Martin, 19, of Watertown, were each charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana with more than 16 ounces of the weed, and also false personation, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Troopers say the two were held after being charged at about 10:30 p.m. along Rt. 37C in Bombay.
