POTSDAM -- A Potsdam man who was hit by a vehicle in Potsdam Sept. 12 was arrested because he was standing in the middle of the road during a rain storm, according to St. Lawrence County deputies.
Christopher L. Deshane, 36, 645 Sissonville Rd., was charged with disorderly conduct and issued an appearance ticket returnable to Potsdam Village Court at a later date, police said.
Natalie Plunket, 26, Potsdam was the driver of the vehicle that sent Deshane to to the hospital for critical head injuries, according to police.
