COLTON -- A Potsdam man is charged with breaking into another person's home and attacking an occupant while children were present on Jan. 2
Adam Maughan, 41, was charged with second-degree burglary, a felony, and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies say Maughan entered a dwelling and refused orders of the occupant to leave. He also allegedly engaged in a struggle with an occupant.
Maughan was jailed without bail, deputies said.
