POTSDAM -- A Potsdam man was jailed Tuesday afternoon for attempting to sell Suboxone strips to an undercover police officer, according to Potsdam police.
Chad S. Wickwire, 31, was reportedly charged with attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance and fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance at 1:42 p.m. on Elm Street.
He was remanded to jail on $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond, officers said.
This was reportedly a joint investigation by the state police narcotics unit, St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Department and Potsdam Police Department Drug Task Force investigators.
