PARISHVILLE -- A Potsdam man faces menacing charges after threatening another person with a knife Nov. 9 at 9:45 p.m.
Jared C. Armstrong, 42, was charged with menacing following a domestic incident. Armstrong allegedly brandished a knife causing fear of injury or death to another person.
He was sent to St. Lawrence County jail on $1,000 bail.
