POTSDAM – A Potsdam man has been cited with second degree aggravated harassment for allegedly continuously sending harassing text messages to a male subject, according to village police.
Gary A. Hamm, 21, was cited at 6 p.m. Sunday , police said. He is to face the charge in Potsdam Village Court on Nov. 17.
