OGDENSBURG -- A Potsdam man was held without bail following an early morning crime spree where he allegedly vandalized several police cars at the Ogdensburg Police Department.
James R. Fisher, 45, of 18 Flow Road, was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal mischief, petit larceny, resisting arrest, making graffiti and littering at 1:30 a.m.
While in custody he was later charged with third-degree criminal mischief for allegedly damaging a white 2005 Ford four-door sedan at City Hall.
That incident was reported at 8:11 a.m.
Police said Fisher was charged with another count of fourth-degree criminal mischief when he allegedly damaged the cell block at the police station at 8:05 a.m.
Police said Fisher was arraigned and transported to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, where he was held without bail.
