MADRID -- A Potsdam man faces multiple charges after allegedly vandalizing a cemetery in Madrid and using a vehicle without the owner's consent.
Will T. Remigo, 21, was charged with first-degree cemetery desecration, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and imprudent speed.
Massena-based state police said Remigo caused more than $250 in property damage.
He was held following the incident.
Troopers said the crime was reported Dec. 9 at 10:57 a.m. and Remigo was charged at 3:55 p.m. the same day.
