POTSDAM -- A Potsdam man was charged with exposing himself during a car ride, to a person he had just met, according to Potsdam police.
Leo P. Sullivan, 63, was charged with public lewdness at 10:10 a.m. on May Road, officers said.
Sullivan allegedly exposed "a private part of his anatomy" to the driver of the vehicle.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in Potsdam court Aug. 7, police said.
