POTSDAM -- Bruce S. LaRock, 48, Potsdam, has been charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of .22 percent, nearly three times the threshold for a DWI charge.
Potsdam police said they observed LaRock make an improper turn from Market Street onto Sisson Street at 10:38 p.m. Friday.
A patrol officer determined LaRock was intoxicated, police said.
LaRock was taken into custody and taken to the Potsdam Police Department where police said a chemical test revealed him to have a BAC of .22 percent.
LaRock was issued tickets returnable to Potsdam Village Court on Oct. 1.
