POTSDAM -- A Potsdam man was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated after driving over three times the legal limit early Sunday morning, according to Potsdam police.
Keith J. Gonyou III, 24, was charged with aggravated DWI at 12:47 a.m. on River Road, officer said.
Police said they observed Gonyou having trouble keeping his vehicle on the road and they initiated a traffic stop.
During their investigation they reportedly determined him to be intoxicated.
His blood-alcohol content was reportedly .27 percent.
He was transported to the police station where he was processed and released, officers said.
