POTSDAM — A Potsdam man was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs Thursday stemming from a two vehicle accident on Feb. 22, according to Potsdam police.
Kyle D. Liebfred, 20, was charged with first-offense operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, police said.
The arrest took place at the Potsdam Police Department.
Liebfred was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Potsdam court May 17.
