PARISHVILLE -- A Potsdam man was charged with several counts on Wednesday after deputies say he broke into and ransacked two campers last week.
Nicholas J. Avery, 25, of Rosenbarker Avenue, Potsdam is charged with petit larceny, fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal trespass, deputies said.
On Sept. 21, he allegedly entered two campers on private property on Allens Falls Road. He allegedly stole from one and damaged items in a second, deputies said.
Avery was released with appearance tickets for Parishville Town Court, deputies said.
