POTSDAM – A Potsdam man was charged with pointing a gun towards another person from his vehicle during an alleged incident of road rage Thursday at 12:45 p.m., according to Potsdam police.
Thomas L. Roberts, 79, was charged with second-degree menacing, criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, and failure to obey a traffic control device, said police.
He was issued appearance tickets returnable to Potsdam Village Court Oct. 4, police said.
