LOUISVILLE -- A Potsdam man was arrested by St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies Sept. 11 for allegedly taking money to install concrete sidewalks and then failing to do the job.
Matthew R. Williams, 50, owner of North Country Masonry, 430 May Rd., was charged with petit larceny, deputies said.
The alleged incident took place on Kingsley Road, officers said.
He was cited and released on an appearance ticket, deputies said.
Williams was arrested following an investigation of a similar incident in January in Canton. For more about that arrest, see story.
