WADDINGTON – Donald F. Charleson, 33, Potsdam, has been charged with four felony and six misdemeanor counts in connection with an alleged burglary reported to state police May 28.
Charleson was held in custody after being charged Tuesday, according to police. He faces four counts of third-degree burglary: illegal entry, three counts of second-degree unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and three counts of circumventing an ignition interlock device.
