POTSDAM – The Potsdam Kiwanis Club recently gave away four bicycles and helmets to Potsdam Central students
Two bicycles donated from NBT Bank were awarded to Lawrence Avenue Elementary students Holland Forster and Owen Alguire.
In addition, Julian Heuser and Kennedy Wilson, from the A. A. Kingston Middle School were each awarded bicycles. One bike was donated by Kiwanians Timothy and Olga Virgil of Potsdam and one was donated from WalMart in Potsdam. Each winner was given a protective bicycle helmet from WalMart.
The Kiwanis Club of Potsdam said they want to extend their appreciation to those businesses and members who supported the annual giveaway.
