POTSDAM -- Potsdam Ice Storm Girls U19 Hockey is taking registrations for the upcoming season.
Girls interested in joining the NYSAHA Tier II tournament-bound team must have been born on or after Jan. 1, 1993.
Players must bring a signed release form if their current membership is other than the Potsdam Junior Hockey Association.
The relatively young Potsdam Ice Storm program already has a strong tradition of hockey excellence. Teams have won NYSAHA State Championships in 2011(19U) and 2012 (16U).
They play a competitive schedule, and emphasize player development. They keep a wrap-around schedule with high school varsity schedules.
