POTSDAM – The Potsdam High School Red Cross Club presented 200 holiday cards to Megan Fulton, AmeriCorps Volunteer for the American Red Cross of Potsdam, to be distributed to service members away from their families during the holiday season.
The cards were unique this year because the club conducted a design contest. The cards were produced with the winning design by ninth grade student Marie Amell.
Personal messages of appreciation were added by civics, government, U.S. history, Wind Ensemble and BOCES special education classes.
This is Potsdam High School’s second year supporting this program.
