First place was award to Emily Theobald of Potsdam. Her artwork, entitled “The Smoking Gun” depicts the deadly effects of secondhand smoke, particularly on infants and children. “We would like to commend her on her artistry and emphasis on such an important issue,” said Elizabeth Billis, assistant coordinator.
Second and third place winners were chosen from submission made by Ms. Cowen-Wilson’s Health class at Potsdam Central.
