POTSDAM – The president of an Elm Street fraternity will appear in court to answer charges that the fraternity allowed underage drinking at least five times in February, according to village police.
Michael C. Wren, president of Delta Tau Tau, 74 Elm St., was served with appearance tickets for five counts of giving/selling alcohol to persons under the age of 21 at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday following an investigation into several incidents that reportedly occurred in February.
The tickets are returnable in village court on March 21.
