POTSDAM -- Mrs. Robin Lalonde's first graders at Lawrence Avenue Elementary in Potsdam wrote a story for Hawaiian Day in class.
In the photo, the students are standing in front of a story they wrote about a tree frog, “The Adventure of a Tree Frog.”
The kids used native Hawaiian instruments to help tell the story.
The students are in the process of publishing their story now.
