POTSDAM – The Potsdam sub-offices of the state Department of Environmental Conservation will be moving from 6739 US Highway 11, between Potsdam and Canton, to 190 Outer Main St., Suite 103.
The offices will be inaccessible to the public from Oct. 29 through 31 while relocation proceeds.
The public is asked to call the Watertown headquarters at 315-785-2263 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. on those days for DEC help.
Those who think they have witnessed an environmental crime or believe a violation of environmental law has occurred, call the DEC Division of Law Enforcement hotline at 1-844-DEC-ECOS (1-844-332-3267).
The phone and e-mail service for the DEC Potsdam Office is expected to return to normal on Nov. 1.
