POTSDAM -- Potsdam Community Chorus has announced the winner of its 2017 fundraiser, “Columbus Day Weekend in the Woods.”
Russ Martling of Potsdam was the winning ticket-holder for a weekend for four (Oct. 6-9) at a private cabin in the woods at Raquette Lake.
The weekend includes a complimentary dinner cruise (fine dining and a tour of Raquette Lake with Captain Dean Pohl) aboard the W.W. Durant Saturday, Oct. 7.
The mixed-voice community chorus will resume rehearsals in the fall. Its members are drawn from North Country communities and local colleges and universities.
