POTSDAM -- Potsdam High School Mock Trial Team successfully defended its title in a close competition with Hammond High School Friday.
The county championship was judged by the Honorable John Richey, who complimented both teams on their preparation and professionalism.
Potsdam's attorney coach, David A. Haggard, praised the Hammond team on their performance. He said he looks forward to his representing St. Lawrence County in the Capital Region Championship in Schenectady on Saturday, April 16, 2016. PCS is the reigning regional champion. Mr. Haggard thanked Potsdam Faculty Coach, Daniel Jenack.
"Over the last 12 years, I have been privileged to see Dan's unparalleled commitment to these students," Haggard said.
Potsdam looks to defend their 3rd Regional title.
