POTSDAM - Potsdam American Legion Post 74, Potsdam, Madrid Road, reopened Tuesday after being closed for about two weeks.

Post Commander Lloyd LaValley said the closure resulted from a mix-up in renewing the club's beer license.

The legion will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 1 p.m. until close. Commander Rob Teebo said a grand reopening will be held Saturday June 23, with drinks being served at half-price.

He said the banquet hall is once again available for rent.
