CANTON -- An Ogdensburg man was charged after allegedly stealing a dog collar from Coakley Ace Hardware, 2535 State Highway 68 on Nov. 5, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Randy M. Bouchey, 57, was charged with petit larceny after being identified by the public from security footage, police said.
Police thanks the media and public for their help in the investigation.
Bouchey was issued an appearance ticket and released.
