CLARE -- A Star Lake man was arrested for driving while intoxicated Thursday stemming from a personal-injury ATV accident that took place late June, according to state police.
Bernard F. Bixby, 62, was cited at 9:50 a.m. on Pine Street in Fine for first-offense DWI, moving from a lane unsafely and failure to produce insurance for an ATV, troopers said.
No injury details were provided.
Bixby was cited and released.
