Edward J. DeGraw, 57, of 328 Morris Street, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine and resisting arrest.
Ogdensburg Police Department’s Criminal Investigations and Narcotic Unit, along with the St. Lawrence County’s Drug Task Force, including members of the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office and the Gouverneur Police Department, executed a search warrant at DeGraw’s home as part of a methamphetamine investigation.
During the execution of the search warrant, DeGraw was found to be in possession of numerous components used for the manufacturing of methamphetamine.
DeGraw is currently being held in Ogdensburg City lockup awaiting arraignment.
