PIERREPONT – A Butternut Ridge Road man has been charged with driving while intoxicated and having a child in the vehicle.
Martin P. Johnson, Jr., 30, 267 Butternut Ridge Rd., was arrested by St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies at 7:10 p.m. following a complaint that he was drunk and driving with a child less than 15 years old in the vehicle.
Johnson faces felony counts of DWI, felony aggravated DWI, and a violation of Leandra’s Law, DWI with a child in the vehicle.
Johnson was arraigned in Pierrepont Town Court and ordered held on $5,000 bail.
