Potsdam police received the call at 1:26 p.m. Monday, and following an investigation on scene, pedestrian Joshua D. Marcolina, 19, of Middletown, was cited for violating the pedestrian crossing signal, forcing vehicles to stop abruptly.
Jason E. Turck, 30, of Carthage, was cited for following too closely, resulting in the collision with another vehicle.
Both were issued traffic tickets returnable to the Village of Potsdam Court.
