PARISHVILLE – Parishville Volunteer Rescue Squad 1st Assistant Captain Chrissy McCanns and dog “Cash” pose with several of the beautiful handmade quilts made by Shirley Haynes, Cash's owner.
Haynes has donated numerous quilts to the rescue squad to be given to children who are ill or injured and are being transported to the hospital.
Cash is an AKC registered service- good citizen certified therapy dog.
Parishville Rescue Squad members say they greatly appreciate Shirley's generosity, caring attitude and commitment to the community.
