PARISHVILLE – A Parishville man was ordered held on $1,000 bail after he was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and possession of stolen property.
Terry A. Ostraki, 48, was in the parking lot of the Kunoco store on State Rt. 72 Thursday when state police charged him with felony counts of driving while intoxiacted, DWI with a previous conviction in the last 10 years, DWI: alcohol or drugs second offense, and first degree unlicensed operation, and a misdemeanor count of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
Troopers said his bail had been set at $1,000.
