PARISHVILLE – A Parishville man was arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated after he was seen in his neighbors truck with the engine running Sunday at 6:54 a.m. according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Justin J. Robidoux, 31, 1880 State Highway 72, was charged with aggravated DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, resisting arrest, and unlicensed operator, deputies said.
Police said they received a complaint of trespass and discovered that Robidoux had entered a 1995 Chevy pickup truck belong to Clayton Thomas at the home of Thomas. When confronted Robidoux exited the vehicle and walked next door to his residence, police said.
Once deputies located Robidoux he fled on foot but was found and arrested a short distance later where he was observed attempting to enter another residence on State Highway 72, deputies said.
Robidoux consented to a breathalyzer test that revealed a blood alcohol content of .21 percent, more than twice the legal limit, officers said.
Robidoux was issued tickets for the charges and will appear in Parishville Town Court Nov. 19 at 7 p.m., deputies said.
