PARISHVILLE – A Parishville man is being held on $10,000 after being charged with felony sex abuse of a child under 11.
David N. Russell, 63, Potsdam-Parishville Road, was charged by state police Wednesday morning with first-degree sexual abuse: contact with an individual under the age of 11, and a misdemeanor count, acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17.
Troopers say he is being held on $10,000 bail.
The arrest stems from a complaint received by state police on Feb. 10.
