OGDENSBURG -- Rep. William Owens will visit Ogdensburg on Monday to tour the facilities of two manufacturers and the public library.
He will take a tour of manufacturer DeFelsko Corporation at 802 Proctor Ave., and then tours Tulmar Safety Systems, Inc. just up the road at 812 Proctor Ave.
He will be at the Ogdensburg Public Library, 312 Washington St., at 1:30 p.m.
23rd District Congressman Owens, a Democrat form Plattsburgh, is opposed in November’s election by Watertown businessman Matt Doheny, Republican, in the new 21st District.
