NORWOOD — Over a dozen Norwood-Norfolk Central students visited parts of Europe during a 10-day excursion over winter break.
Juniors and seniors from Lillia Arrocha's Spanish Club traveled to England, France, and Spain and visited Trafalgar Square, the Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, the British Museum.
In Paris students went to the top of the Eiffel Tower, cruised down the river Seine, toured Notre Dame Cathedral, the Sacre'-Coeur Basilica, and visited the Louvre and Arch de Triumph.
While in Barcelona students viewed the Sagrada Familia Church, the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya, ate dinner at Las Arenas de Barcelona (the famous Barcelona bullring), and enjoyed the Mediterranean Sea.
