OGDENSBURG -- John F. Kennedy Middle School students and faculty recently honored local veterans at an assembly.
Over 50 veterans, with their children or grandchildren, were honored for their service. Veterans performed and explained the ritual of the flag folding ceremony.
Students sang to the veterans, who also enjoyed the retelling of the story “The Empty Chair.”
