OGDENSBURG -- The New York Council on the Arts recently announced a three-year general operating support grant to Ogdensburg’s Frederic Remington Art Museum, with a first year commitment of $15,000.
“We are extremely grateful for this recognition and support from NYSCA, and also the endorsement of our representatives in Albany, Senator Patty Ritchie and Assemblywoman Addie Russell for helping make this possible,” said museum executive director Ed LaVarnway.
“General operating support like this helps us make ends meet and keep our work here alive and thriving.”
