OGDENSBURG -- The Frederic Remington Art Museum is participating in a program that gives free admission to active duty military personnel, National Guard and Reserves and up to five family members.
The program runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
To qualify, a person must have a Geneva Convention common access card (CAC), a DD Form 1173 ID card (dependent ID), or a DD Form 1173-1 ID card, which includes active duty U.S. military - Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, as well as members of the National Guard and Reserve, U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, NOAA Commissioned Corps.
“We're very pleased to participate in this program again this year. Frederic Remington, who was inspired by soldiers, would be pleased as well. We hope military families and all families will visit the Frederic Remington Art Museum and be inspired,” the museum said.
