Fort Drum's 10th Mountain band played a variety of cover songs at Ogdensburg's first Ogtoberfest Saturday.
OGDENSBURG -- Hundreds of guests enjoyed beer, music, food and bounce houses despite windy weather at Ogdensburg's Chamber of Commerce's Ogtoberfest Saturday.
Held at the greenbelt, near Ogdensburg's Dobisky Center, the festival featured music from the Fort Drum's 10th Mountain band and Surfer R Cool.
The bands entertained the large crowd as patrons enjoyed a variety of drinks including hard cider, wine and beer.
While adults enjoyed the music and beverages, children kept busy playing in a wide array of bounce houses provided by St. Lawrence Valley Jumpers.
Pretzels, hot dogs and pizza rolls were provided by vendors.
Members of the Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce are hoping to make Ogtoberfest an annual event.
