OGDENSBURG -- The Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center Auxiliary is sponsoring a raffle for a half-carat diamond necklace they say is worth $1,900.
They will sell boxes for $10 each, which will be opened at the Dec. 6 Festival of Trees. There are 200 total, and the one that says "necklace" in it will win the piece.
It comes with a year's insurance.
There will be nine consolation boxes with $5 lottery tickets.
