OGDENSBURG -- Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center Auxiliary is sponsoring six $1,000 scholarships.
Three will go to children or grandchildren of auxiliary members or CHMC employees.
Three will be awarded to graduating seniors from Ogdensburg Free Academy or Lisbon, Heuvelton, Morristown, Madrid-Waddington or Hammond central schools.
By March 27, applicants must:
• write a letter explaining why they are qualified for the scholarship
• complete an application form
• get a letter of recommendation from a teacher, administrator or guidance director
• submit a grade transcript
• Send all materials to Ramona Kennedy, Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center Auxiliary, 214 King St., Ogdensburg, NY 13669
