OSWEGATCHIE -- An Ogdensburg woman was charged with felony assault with a weapon with intent to cause physical injury, criminal mischief, obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, harassment and possession of a weapon Saturday.
Terri L. Devries, 29, was charged at 6:45 p.m., according to state police.
Police listed her status as held.
