POTSDAM -- An Ogdensburg woman is accused of driving in Potsdam Thursday night with a blood-alcohol level of .25 percent, more than three times the amount required to be charged with driving while intoxicated.
Village police say a patrol clocked a vehicle driven by Tina L. Maccaroni, 44, at 47 mph in the 30 mph zone on Maple Street at 11:24 p.m..
When she was stopped, police say, she was found to be driving without a license, and appeared to be intoxicated.
Maccaroni was given tickets for driving while intoxicated, unlicensed operation, and speeding. She is due in village court on Sept. 8.
