OGDENSBURG -- An Ogdensburg woman has been charged with harassment and felony contempt after allegedly threatening another woman in violation of a court order, her second arrest for villating a court order in little more than a week.
Andrea Gonzales, 30, of 213 St. Lawrence Ave., was arrested by St. Lawrence County Sheriff's deputies Sunday morning after they received a complaint from a 26-year-old woman who said Gonzalez telephoned her and threatened her, in spite of a no-contact order of protection.
Gonzalez was arraigned before Canton Town Justice Curley on charges of first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, and second degree aggravated harassment and was released to the supervision of probation authorities.
Gonzalez had been charged on Nov. 26 with second-degree criminal contempt by calling the alleged victim by phone in violation of a court order of no contact.
