OSWEGATCHIE -- An Ogdensburg woman was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs following a property-damage accident near Dollar General on Sunday, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Lianne M. Osgood, 27, was charged with DWAI and failure to yield right of way.
She allegedly struck a trailer being towed by another vehicle as she entered the roadway exiting the Dollar General parking lot on State Highway 68.
No injuries were reported.
After speaking with Osgood, deputies found her to be under the influence of an unknown substance. She was transported to the sheriff's office and evaluated by a drug recognition expert.
Osgood was found to be under the influence of drugs and issued tickets returnable to Oswegatchie court.
